2. Your Account

In order for you to be able to place bets on orbibuilder.com, you must first personally register an account with us ("Pigmo Account").

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the access and your login credentials. We are not liable or responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Pigmo Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional, accidental, active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

You are prohibited from selling, transferring or acquiring Player Accounts to or from other Players.

You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from Pigmo.

All money that you deposit into your Account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.

You understand that by participating in the Games you take the risk of losing money deposited into your Account.

3. Multi Accounts

You are allowed to have only one Pigmo Account. If you attempt to open more than one Pigmo Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any crypto amount credited to your account/s will be frozen.

If you notice that you have more than one registered Pigmo Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Pigmo Account being blocked.

The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Users may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.

You can sign up (register) and use only one Account on the Website.

Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device we must be informed by the respective Accounts' holders in advance.

If you sign up or attempt to register more than one Account, for whatever reason, we may block or close any or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all the bets that have been placed in the duplicate Accounts, block bonuses and gifts and void withdrawal requests. In addition, any returns, winnings, or bonuses have been gained or accrued during the duplicate account lifecycle will be forfeited from you.

4. Deposits

You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient funds on your Pigmo Account for such participation. For that purpose you shall use the payment methods available on orbibuilder.com to deposit your funds. Pigmo will not give you any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.

Deposits are immediately processed and the updated balance is shown in the Pigmo Account instantly whenever a payment service provider is used. Pigmo does not take responsibility for any delays caused due to its payment system or due to delays caused by any third party.

As a prevention of money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if wagering requirements are in place, the wagering requirement needs to be respected before a withdrawal is requested.

5. Withdrawals

Crypto withdrawals will be made to your stated cryptocurrency wallet address when making a valid withdrawal request.

The player needs to wager 15$USD only once. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all wagering requirements have been met.

You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.

The user has a withdrawal limit of 500k $USD daily. Larger withdraws must be requested from the Pigmo team, by our support or discord. Withdraw limits increase with your rank. Check your level and limit

6. Crashed & Aborted Games

Pigmo is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the gameplay. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of Pigmo.

In the event of a casino system malfunction, all wagers are void. In the event a Game is started but miscarried because of a failure of the system, Pigmo shall refund the amount wagered in the Game to you by crediting it to your Account.

7. Duties

Pigmo reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms.

Pigmo will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Pigmo regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement between you and Pigmo.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

10. Assignment

Pigmo reserves the right to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

The User may not assign any of his/her rights or obligations under this Agreement.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

11. Amendment

Pigmo reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof at any time or otherwise change the Service without notice and you will be bound by such amended Agreement upon posting. Therefore, we encourage you check the terms and conditions contained in the version of the Agreement in force at such time. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed to attest to your agreement to any amendments to the Agreement.

12. Termination

The Company has the right to refuse all services and deny all access to the website to all users, which violates the terms in any form.

You acknowledge that any violation of our terms will result in your account's suspension and the exclusion from all services on the website. All remaining balance in your Wallet will be permanently frozen.

Any attempt to trick, abuse or misuse the Company's system, disregarding which part of the system and disregarding how will result in an immediate termination of your account and the loss of all remaining balance in your Wallet.

You acknowledge that any abuse, including attempted abuse of the Company's promotion, partnership program or Affiliate system, will result in your account's suspension and the exclusion from all services on the website. Any criminal action or harassment against the Company and its third-party partners, including all their staff, the website, and other users on the website, will result in your account's suspension and the exclusion from all services on the website.
